Users of official HOLISTIC ACADEMY INTERNATIONAL digital services may request deletion of an account or eligible personal data by contacting the school.

What may be deleted

Where appropriate, account credentials, optional profile information and other eligible personal data may be deleted or de-identified.

Records we may need to retain

Certain educational, financial, audit, safeguarding, security or legal records may need to be retained even after an account is closed. Where retention is necessary, access remains limited according to legitimate school purposes and applicable obligations.
